Tasting notes

Its deep, bright ruby-red color introduces a rich and intense bouquet, with distinctive notes of blackberry, aromatic herbs, and licorice.

On the palate, its vibrant acidity supports a full, harmonious body with pleasant intensity, leading to a long and persistent finish. A wine with excellent aging potential, ideal to accompany rich and complex dishes, yet also suited as a meditation wine.

Description

Harvesting takes place during the coolest hours of the day, at the first light of dawn.

A meticulous selection of the grapes directly in the vineyard allows us to bring high-quality fruit to the winery promptly.

In the cellar, alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature, carefully following every stage of the process.

In spring, once the wine is considered naturally stable, it is racked and then left to mature until bottling.
